Service Description

This service administers: 1. Custom-built Excel dashboards (Board Reports, NPL Ratio, Capital Adequacy, Churn Rate, etc.) 2. Power Query templates for automated data consolidation 3. PivotTables and Slicers for real-time filtering and visual storytelling 4. Templates for audit and executive summaries 5. One-on-one or team training to maintain and update dashboards Service cost is determined post intake discussion with the Board and/or Management regarding current operations, timelines, risk(s) involved, skills and expertise required, and the time required for scope of work completion.  Upon mutual agreement of this service, a 40% deposit is required for service scheduling. The outstanding balance (of 60%) must be remitted on the date of the training.
