Service Description

This service administers training on: 1. The Role of Boards & Committees: Understanding fiduciary duties, oversight responsibilities, and ethical leadership. 2. Governance Structures & Functions: How to navigate governance frameworks, policies, and reporting mechanisms. 3. Effective Decision-Making: How to contribute meaningfully to strategy, risk management, compliance, and organizational oversight. 4. Boardroom Etiquette & Dynamics: How to build influence, communicate confidently, and collaborate effectively with fellow members. Whether you're preparing to serve or have just taken up a seat, this program will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to govern with integrity and purpose. Service cost is determined post intake discussion with the Board and/or Management regarding current operations, timelines, risk(s) involved, skills and expertise required, and the time required for scope of work completion.  Upon mutual agreement of this service, a 40% deposit is required for service scheduling. The outstanding balance (of 60%) must be remitted on the date of the training.
