Service Description

The absence of policies and procedures is a significant contributor to non-compliance, resource misappropriation, ineffectiveness and ineffeciency. This service develops policies, procedures and flow charts commensurate with the organization's operations, regulatory requirements and mitigation required for risk exposures. Service cost is determined post intake discussion with the Board and/or Management regarding current operations, timelines, risk(s) involved, skills and expertise required, and the time required for scope of work completion.  Upon mutual agreement of any service, a 50% deposit is required for service scheduling. The outstanding balance (of 50%) must be remitted on the date of the training OR prior to the submission of the final report/policy/procedure/document for non-training related service offerings.
